Nobody knows Cloudvirga POS solutions better than we do, and we provide the training to get your team fluent with the platform and make sure it is used most efficiently. Training is available on-site or via the Web.
All Cloudvirga customers have access to our enterprise support team. In addition to email support, the team is available on weekdays, 6AM-6PM PT by telephone for level 2 and level 3 support. This service includes all product upgrades.
For customers who chose to host Cloudvirga on their own servers, Cloudvirga will extend the standard support package to include on premise deployments.
