A Message to our Clients Regarding Company Operations in Response to COVID-19

Dear Cloudvirga Customers & Partners,

Hour by hour, we are faced with new challenges and uncertainty about the way we will live and conduct business in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are in unprecedented times but we want to make certain that our customers and partners know that our partnership will continue to grow and thrive.

Last week we instituted an optional work from home policy to protect the health and safety of our employees. We have already implemented measures to prevent and minimize exposure, including travel restrictions, social distancing and hygiene protocols. With our infrastructure and technology platform, all of our staff can work remotely and continue responding to your needs.

Rest assured that Cloudvirga is well equipped to deal with the day to day business requirements of a remote workforce. Our current staff is distributed across the country and every employee and contractor works from a VDI/VPN enabled system. The security and integrity of your data, and that of your customers, has always been of paramount importance to us! 

All customer support issues, escalations, and reporting will continue to operate in the same manner as before and we do not anticipate any issues abiding by our current policies, procedures or SLAs. We do not foresee any interruption to the service, support or product delivery you have received in the past and we remain laser-focused on your success.  

Additionally, all employee travel has been temporarily suspended. Again, we do not anticipate any issue as most of our customer health meetings are successfully held via web conference. Cloudvirga’s management teams have instituted daily stand-ups, web meetings, and one-on-ones to ensure every employee has the tools and resources needed to support our valued customers.
