Now! Instant Title Decisions at Your Fingertips
We recently announced a technology integration with ServiceLink’s EXOS platform that will enable lenders to expedite title decisions and digital title delivery and help lenders close more refinance loans faster. By integrating our digital Originator Point of Sale (OPOS) with the EXOS Express Pass title decisioning tool into one seamless platform, lenders can now receive an optimized clear-to-close title path with one click.
This first-of-its kind integration delivers a title complexity rating so lenders can more efficiently prioritize loans based on their complexity and place loans in the proper workflow swim lane. This complexity data is also instantaneously populated to both the loan details and audit logs saving time and ensuring accuracy.
At the same time, this integration improves consumer transparency by providing the borrower with insight into parts of the lending process that was previously an offline task. Borrowers will get a more realistic clear-to-close timeline early in the loan process, helping them to better prepare for closing while reducing the risk of delays.
We’re inviting our customers to leverage EXOS Express Pass and instantly better understand closing timelines to keep pace with demand and deliver a more seamless digital mortgage experience that borrowers expect, all while more effectively managing your pipeline. And, even better, EXOS Express Pass is easy to set up – seriously. It usually takes no more than 15 minutes.
